The first book in the trilogy «Fair Trial Through Eyes of ECHR» highlights the non-standard approach of the judges of the European Court to issues that, at first glance, can’t be questioned by any lawyer. But it turns out that the ECHR thinks differently. 

The book examines the precedents of the European Court, identifies trends and principles of decision-making in criminal matters. The second and third parts, in turn, will be devoted to civil law aspects and property issues.

Lidings experts took part in putting together a commentary on Setting Aside of Final Awards in Russia under Article 34 ICAL RF, it.1-4 (Application for Setting Aside as Exclusive Recourse Against Arbitral Award).

  

The book is published by Kluwer Law International under the editorship of the Secretary General of the Russian Arbitration Association (the Russian version of the book is published by Russian Arbitration Association).
