Amendments to the Federal Law “On fundamental healthcare principles in the Russian Federation” will come into force on June 29, 2022, allowing doctors to prescribe off-label drugs to minors, i.e. for indications not specified in their instructions for use.

In the Resolution No. 45 of December 23, 2021, of the Russian Supreme Court Plenum (“Resolution”) the Russian Supreme Court clarified some issues of bringing to administrative liability under Articles 5.27, 5.27.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (“Code”).

On 17 November 2021 Russia signed Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgements in Civil or Commercial Matters ("the Convention"). Ukraine, Uruguay, Israel, and Costa Rica also signed the Convention.
