Lidings Partner Stepan Guzey Speaks at Russian Corporate Counsel Association Conference

Lidings’ dispute resolution practice partner Stepan Guzey will take part in the Corporate Counsel Association Conference (RCCA) dedicated to successful resolution of different types of disputes and practical advises from experiences litigators. The event will take place 16 September 2021 in Moscow.

Prominent Russian legal experts will gather to discuss the most successful litigation strategies in the key types of disputes relevant for business: real estate disputes, bankruptcy, disputes with state authorities as well as IT disputes and disputes resulting from distant work regime.

Stepan Guzey, partner in dispute resolution practice of Lidings, having a wide experience in conducting trials in Russian and international arbitration institutions, will take part in Part 3 of the event entitled David and Goliath: Business vs. State Authorities. Stepan will talk about methods to identify and hedge criminal risks for the company, management and business owners.
