Lidings law firm continues to take an active part in the work of the International Legal Forum annually held in St. Petersburg by supporting the Vedomosti’s special Business Breakfast entitled Bankrupt — 2025: Red List Species. The event is scheduled to take part on May 16th, 2019 at the main forum’s venue, the General Staff Building.
Participants of the discussion will include the leading Russian bankruptcy experts — representatives of major national and international law firms.
Lidings’ Partner, Head of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice, Stepan Guzey, a highly qualified litigator who’s expertise within the firm focuses on bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, as well as on advising clients on corporate conflicts, prevention and business restructuring, will take part in a discussion delivering a presentation on the rights of creditors in bankruptcy procedure.
St. Petersburg International Legal Forum was established in 2011 by the Ministry of Justice and is supported by the President of the Russian Federation. Representatives of all legal specializations, public authorities and businesses, and educational and socio-cultural institutions are invited to participate in the event. This year’s Forum will take place on May 14 — 18.
