Eurasian Virtual Pharmaceutical Summit will take place on October 14-21, 2020. Lidings’ managing partner Andrey Zelenin and partner of the Firm’s Intellectual Property practice Boris Malakhov will speak at the event.
Regulating and controlling authorities, business’ representatives and legal counsels focused on advising companies from the pharmaceuticals sector will gather together at the Eurasian Virtual Pharmaceutical Summit to discuss current regulation of the Life Sciences industry including analysis of recent reforms and consideration of governmental initiatives aimed at stimulating the segment development.
On the second day of the event, October 15th, Lidings’ managing partner heading the pharmaceuticals and healthcare industry practice of the firm Andrey Zelenin will moderate a special interview with Andrey Tenishev, Head of Anti-Cartel Department, Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation.
Boris Malakhov, Lidings’ partner heading the Intellectual Property practice of the firm will take part in the session on Protection of intellectual property in EAEU sharing his view on the relevant tendencies in patent disputes in Life Sciences in Russia and CIS.
