April 26th,2023 annual conference Pharmaceuticals – 2023: Legal Issues will take place in Moscow organized by Pravo.ru. Lidings lawyers take an active part in the event’s program.
As a strategic partner of the conference, we aimed to make the program rich and actual. Together with pharmaceutical industry experts and lawyers, we will discuss topical issues of industry regulation, changes in the pharmaceutical market in the ongoing era of sanctions and talk about how to protect intellectual property.
Lidings’ managing partner, Head of the pharmaceuticals and healthcare industry practice Andrey Zelenin will moderate Session 1. Current Legislative Regulation of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
In this session Lidings’ senior associate Julia Kuzmenko focused on advising firm’s clients on all aspects of corporate law and M&A transactions particularly involving pharmaceuticals and healthcare companies will make a presentation on the audit of documents on interaction with pharmacy chains as a tool to control the implementation of the pharmaceutical company’s marketing policy.
Andrey will also take part in a special aquarium session - Session 2 devoted to changes in the pharmaceutical market in the era of sanctions.
