On April 24th 2018 Lidings has conducted its traditional Spring Legal Brunch for its clients and partners. The meeting devoted to the Intellectual Property Protection took place at Lotte hotel in Moscow and gathered over 35 attendees — representatives of large Russian and international companies.

During these meetings, the firm’s experts analyze a number of the most recent major innovations in the Russian law from the standpoint of their practical implementation and offer participants their recommendations.
The main topics of the passed Legal Bruch were dedicated to registration and protection of intellectual property in Russia and EEU covered by Lidings intellectual property practice’s experts: partner Boris Malakhov and associate Ilya Khodakov together with a guest speaker Elena Vaschuk, Legal&Compliance Director at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals who made a special presentation on the issue of registration of trademarks in EEU.
The discussion took place in a case-study format. Firm’s experts examined real practical situations that legal departments of Russian and foreign companies encounter with, together with participants working out standard solutions.
