Lidings’ Corporate and M&A practice Associate Julia Korablyova will take part in an annual conference Novels of the Civil Code and Corporate Law scheduled to take place on 19 March 2021 in Moscow.
The event will bring together heads and chief specialists of the legal departments of major Russian and foreign companies, as well as the leading legal advisors of domestic and international law firms. The conference is designed for experts to share their experience and practical knowledge contributing to stimulating further development of expertise.
Julia Korablyova focused on advising large Russian and international companies on all aspects of corporate law and M&A transactions will make a special presentation dedicated to negotiations. Particularly she will focus on pre-contractual liability in a situation of changing circumstances and liability for unfair negotiation.
