The Ministry of Industry and Trade has recently published a new decree amending the Decree No. 1532 of 19 April 2022 “On goods admissible for parallel import, that shall not be restricted by art. 1359(6) and 1487 of the Civil Code”. Previous amendments have also been reviewed in our legal updates.
The following groups of goods were introduced to the list, so that they are now eligible for parallel import into Russia:

Bauer, Bitzer, Eastman, Shell Tonna, etc; |

Chemical mixtures: |
Merck, Celanese и другие, etc; |
|
Electrical devices: |
Apple, Dell, Gopro, Sony, IBM, etc; |
|
Video games consoles: |
Logitech, Nintendo, Valve, etc; |
|
Autos: |
Hyundai, Kia, Mazda, Peugeot, Renault, etc. |
Certain brands (DOLCE & GABBANA, KIEHL'S, GIORGIO ARMANI, EAGLEBURGMANN, NINTENDO, TOMMY HILFIGER, YAMAHA, YVES SAINT LAURANT, IKEA, etc.) were included in other groups of the Foreign Economic Activity Commodity Nomenclature and can also be imported into Russia without the authorization by the rights holder.
At the same time, some brands were removed from several groups of goods: APC, AVEDA, CALZEDONIA, CROPP, DEBORAH, DIESEL, EVO, ISUZU, KARL LAGERFELD, LACOSTE, MAN, MANGO, MARY KAY, MEINE LIEBE, MOHITO, MOSCHINO, PIGEON, YOKOHAMA, etc. Parallel import of these brands in Russia is again prohibited.
The ministry added that in the near future it plans to include a list of rights holders, instead of trademarks, the Russian media reported.
