The Moscow Mayor Decree dd 04.04.2020 No. 39-UM On amendments being made to the Moscow Mayor decree dd 05.03.2020 No. 12-UM (Mayor Decree) stipulates the following amendments:
- from organizations, operation of which was suspended within the high-alert regime, are excluded specialized objects of retail trade, selling medical and optico-ophthalmological devices (equipment); as well as organizations, rendering services under a license to carry out medical care
- organizations have the right not to restrict their activities in Moscow during the high alert regime unless they have been required to do so by the clause 3 of the Mayor Decree, Presidential or other federal acts. These organizations have to comply with the sanitary and epidemiological rules (including, social distancing and disinfection) as well as to make decisions regarding the number of employees (contractors under civil law contracts) that are:
- Not subject to remote work due to the need for their direct participation in ensuring continuous technological and other processes necessary for the operation of such organizations
- Subject to remote work
- Subject to non-working days regime with pay
The mentioned information shall be provided to the Moscow authorities via e-mail, including information regarding type and location of carried activity (with filling the relevant address code from the Federal information address system).
