March 18th 2021 Chambers and Partners Europe has announced the results of its annual research of the leading legal advisors. Lidings is traditionally highly recommended for Dispute Resolution, Corporate and M&A and Life Sciences advice in Russia.  The Firm’s Intellectual Property practice has also entered the ranking this year.

Lidings demonstrates new achievements and takes advanced positions in the rating of the leading legal advisors in Russia based on the analytical research held annually by the “Kommersant” newspaper. Results of the new research published in a special supplement to Kommersant as of March 17, 2021.

March 11, 2021 Pravo.ru-300 released its individual rating of lawyers. Based on the new rating Lidings managing partner Andrey Zelenin, partners Stepan Guzey and Alexander Popleyuk take top positions in key practice areas.

Lidings signed Collaboration Agreement with Andersen Global, an international association of legally separate, independent member firms comprised of more than 6 000 tax and legal professionals around the world.

Moscow, December 4th 2020. The results of the annual Pravo.ru-300 law firms’ ranking were announced at an awarding ceremony at the Lotte Hotel in Moscow. Based on the analytical research reflecting on the latest tendencies in the country’s legal market, Lidings once again takes top positions in the rating of the legal advisors in Russia.

International Financial Law Review 1000 (IFLR1000) once again notes Lidings for its expertise in Restructuring and Insolvency practice area.

Lawyers of the Lidings’ Criminal Defense Practice have successfully defended client charged with tax evasion (for 60 million rubles) and large-scale fraud (for 10 million rubles). The project lasted more than two and a half years led by the firm’s partner and attorney Stepan Guzey. Despite intense opposition from the Prosecutor’s Office of Novgorod Region and introduction of restrictions to combat the spread of COVID-19 the criminal case was terminated during pre-trial investigation.
