Lidings’ Corporate and M&A practice team has successfully concluded its advisory role for the owners of Autotechinmash LLC, the largest auto dealer of Belarusian cars, in restructuring of the company’s founding team.
This project pertained to the sale of 65% of the authorized capital by two of the company’s founders, marking their exit from ownership. The engagement required meticulous coordination regarding the issuance and receipt of corporate documents across multiple foreign jurisdictions, alongside the development of a complex contractual framework.
