Lidings appointed exclusive representative of WEX Crypto Exchange for accepting applications of clients for refunds (more information here).
Please be informed on the current status of the refund procedure:
We received the substantial number of applications from the clients of WEX Crypto Exchange and addressed to these clients the list of required documents and information. Most of applicants provided documents and information that were aggregated into the client portfolios. Applications arrive constantly and their processing may require substantial time.
Upon formation client portfolios are forwarded to the management of WEX Crypto Exchange for consideration and making the decision regarding refund. After the management of WEX Crypto Exchange will make decisions, we will contact the applicants directly to accomplish the refund procedure. Please keep patience and wait for the outcome of consideration.
Acceptance of applications for refund will continue until 1 September 2024. Applicants that submitted incomplete sets of documents and information by that date may provide the lacking data by 1 October 2024.
